Frequently asked questions

Are your products authentic?

Yes. Every kit and boot we sell is sourced authentic. We do not sell replicas, and we do not substitute an item for a similar one without asking you first.

What does pre order mean?

Pre order items are sourced for you after you place the order, which takes 2 to 3 weeks. It is how we keep prices down and offer a far wider range than we could hold in stock.

Can I pay cash?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Lebanon. You pay the courier when your order arrives.

How do I know what size to order?

Boots are listed in EU sizes and clothing is listed S to XXL. If you are between sizes or unsure, message us before ordering and we will check the fit for you.

Do you deliver outside Beirut?

Yes, we deliver across Lebanon. The fee is shown at checkout based on your area.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Get in touch as soon as you can. If the order has not been dispatched or sourced yet, we can usually change or cancel it.

What if the item does not fit?

See our returns page. In short: tell us within 7 days, keep the item unworn with tags, and we will arrange an exchange or store credit.

Do you print names and numbers?

Ask us before you order and we will tell you what is possible for that kit. Personalised items cannot be returned.
